Dr. Rachana Bhama

Dr. Rachana Bhama was very gentle and made me feel so relaxed during the dental treatment that I almost went to sleep. The clinic was clean and comfortable, and overall everything was excellent. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Rachana Bhama is very well behaved and patient. The session was comfortable, and I’ve always had a good experience with her.

Usually we tend to avoid Dental issues until they become painful. Most of us are unaware of these issues and we think everything is alright. When it gets painful or sensitive we tend to find a dentist and we remain scared of the treatments.

I always thought that there can be nothing wrong till it is not paining. I found denstists scarier and all treatments painful, Even the sound of the instrument would irritate me and the treatment chair would scare me to death.

I had a bad case of dental cavities, plaque, and decay which I was not even aware. I was explained well and treated upon with patience. Doctor adjusted my appointments as per my erratic work schedule and accommodated my request of Sunday visit

I had a liberty to call the doctor and explain my issue over phone too. I do not think these days any other doctor would be so dedicated and would be so helpful.

This was my first time visit with Dr. Rachna at Smilestones clinic. I flew into India with my 3 n half year old daughter Monique especially for her appointment at Smilestones with Dr. Rachna. It was Monique's first time ever dental visit and naturally I was scared how Monique will deal with it and I didn't wanna leave disappointed and both my fears disappeared the moment I met Dr. Rachna. Dr. Rachna made Monique feel at home. Dr. Rachna was playful with Monique so she had Monique in her trust and confidence. Dr Rachna was very caring, very professional, very patient and very co.operative throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Jeevan (owner of Smilestones) also helped Dr. Rachna to have Monique's attention. They played good team to make my visit complete success. Monique at the end of the day was showstopper for her complete cooperation and patience and for that I have my big thanks to Dr. Rachna for her complete dedication and Dr. Jeevan to play parts in having Monique's on and off drifted attention. Monique left the clinic with 2 cement filling on her right grinders and 2 silver crowns on her left grinders. Moreover Monique left the clinic with big smiles and 2 bright stars on each hand and me with lasting inner peace. Smilestones definitely lives up to its name. I do not recommend Dr. Rachana Bhama. The doctor did not come for the appointment and there was no prior notice about the cancellation. I wasted half an hour waiting and received no information about the delay.

Since my daughter was 4 years old, I have consulted Dr Rachana Bhama for my daughter's dental treatment. Dr Rachana is super cool and have so much patience to deal with kids. In my recent visit we again had a very good experience. She explained the treatment need and procedure well, made my 7 year old daughter comfortable and completed the treatment in 2 sessions. Not only this but she also explained the proper care routine to follow. I found her knowledgeable specifically with filling materials and overall procedure.

She is a very friendly doctor. She listens to you patiently and explains everything clearly. I went to her for my daughter (4.5 years old). I was very worried about how my daughter would react as she was visiting a dentist for the first time. But the doctor is so good in dealing with children; she indulged her into some activities (magic chair), talking etc. and treated her tooth which had developed cavity. To be honest, the overall experience turned out to be very smooth and totally opposite of what I was worried about. The doctor showed us how to brush her teeth properly to avoid cavity in future.
