This note is about my very recent eye treatment with Dr. Priya.

ICL Surgery / high birth myopia/ ineligible for Lasik

I was born with a myopia that progressed with age and because I was ineligible for Lasik, I wanted to get rid of my glasses and contacts as I was developing resistance and other eye related issues. Today I am a mom in my early 40"s - it took me that long to make that decision, better late than never !

ICL was my only option and with a million questions in my head and recovery and post surgery how life would be - I consulted Dr. Priya for a basic check - and tried to get my answers and convince myself to go for the refractive surgery. All she did was always give me the right answers not the best ones !

Initially it was all thinking and apprehension's - but today after 3 months I must thanks her for changing my life. my vision is all clear and completely corrected.

Not only that - I feel like any normal person who doesn't have to wake up looking for her glasses.

Dr Priya came across ** **** ************* ****** *** **** **** **** she is also very candid & honest person. She told me all pros n cons of every possible option for me. She also took utmost care with retinal exam and tests. Her clinics and staff bis extremely organized and has a very less waiting period. Surgery was done with a finess n while I was told I would see final result in 1 month I could see with perfect vision right from 2nd day. She also doesn't try to hide or reduce post care of any surgery even if that means patient might be unlikely to go for it. There were no hidden costs or charges which came later so entire process is done within the expenses she tells in first meeting.

In summary it was great experience and with me enjoying a normal eye sight I wish I would have done this earlier.

I had my cataract in both eyes operated at Shree Eye Care.

Dr. Priya Srinivas is professional in her approach. I am quite satisfied with the way she engaged with me, clearly explaining me the pros and cons of the options on the table, ensuring that I had understood all the instructions given to me to be followed after every visit. I found her quite approachable - she gave me sufficient time and attention in resolving my queries.

I would say the same for Dr. Amit Jain who did the Barrage Laser procedure for the retina.

A word for the staff at Shree Eye care too: they were quite courteous and helpful in all the interactions.

I would certainly recommend Dr. Srinivas / Shree Eye Care to others with eye issues.
