The doctor is an amazing human. She’s connect with you well, make you feel comfortable. Help you understand the condition of your skin and the reason in layman terms. The medicines she recommends were absolutely amazing! It worked within the stipulated time of the treatment.

The doctor is on one extreme of humility and behaviour and her staff is on the other.

The lady who apparently is a receptionist cum medical store owner is loud and plain arrogant when addressing the patients.

Hope the doctor realizes a need to change her staff soon

She did not take much time to diagnose my condition. She is very professional and the entire experience was very pleasing for me. Dr. is good and friendly to talk. however, thats not all what u want. My treatment procedure, duration, type of treatment - nothing was explained to me... i started my treatment in last week of Nov.'15 and till today(i.e.26-1-16) she made me do 3 peelings (FYI - each of them cost u INR 2,000 plus those medicines cost me around 3600 (approx) - so total of 9600 in just about 2 months.) and now since almost 4 weeks i havent visited her and there it goes. All the boils have started popping out again. so sweet talks is all not what u expect - we want value for our money. It is not always about making money - what about the quality. Its not about money, its about what i got in the end. Hence, i do not recommend this dr. to anyone. as my overall experience with the dr. isnt good when it comes to her work. otherwise, she is good in talking - and listens to all ur problems carefully. But more professionalism is expected.

I first took appointment via Practo for my sister. Doctor Pratibha Gupta is an intelligent doctor and very friendly. She is always approachable on phone. Later I took appointment for myself.

I highly recommend her.
