Dr Prathamesh gave the appointment promptly at my convenient day and time! I was able to meet the Dr immediately with minimum details asked by reception ladies, courteous.

I was a bit tense and Dr Prathamesh made relax with his calm and patient manner and listening without interrupting or cutting me short! He did all the check-ups himself and I found him to be very professional, compassionate, mature and friendly. At no point did I feel rushed. Prathmesh operated on my mother of catarct. My mother is a patient who is very afraid of doctors. But Prathmesh and team made it a breeze. She was very happy to speak with prathmesh who was able to convincingly help her in doing cataract surgery. Prathmesh explained the process very well and also helped in calming my mother for the surgery. Planning to get my father's eye operated in near future.

I had gone for a checkup on Dec 28 after having a temporary black streak (probable blood streak) and increase in blurring in one eye . The vision test done by optometrist was inconclusive and i was asked to come again after 30 days medication. More importantly the Dr did Not find anything untoward or at least did not share or report anything. Two days ago (Jan 19) i suffered a vitreous haemorrhage and full vision blockage in the same eye.
