In the 1st year of her graduation she developed a tumor on her face. The conventional doctors and surgeon had given no other choice but surgery. Her father a staunch believer of Homeopathy who had forced her to enter this field took against surgery as it would leave a permanent scar and went in for Homeopathy treatment for the tumor. He would religiously administer her the doses not trusting her to take as she didn’t believe that these sweet pills could do anything to this rapidly growing tumor. To her utter disbelief the growth stopped and the tumor started regressing.In a period of 2-3 months no one could ever say the tumor had existed on her face as there was not a mark and till date has been so. She whole heartedly apologized to her father and took up the daunting task of making a difference to mankind – with not just sweet words but sweet pills too whose gigantic unseen power was available to her. And with this sweet weapon she begun slashing diseases that mankind got affected with. Disappointed with the lack of complete attention to a new patient. Given that homeopathy works well only when complete patient profile is decoded, Dr. Prabha's hurried consultation left me unhappy. Patient calls were received during my appointment which lasted over 15 mins. . For hair loss problem, no history or a check of my hair or scalp was done. No details were asked.. If I have a oily, itchy, dandruff prone head, allergies, nothing. I might as well have bought meds over the counter. I'm uncomfortable using hair medicine that is not personalized for me. I've been dealing with hair loss issues for over 12 years, which makes me a little adept in the condition and doctor's seriousness towards a new case. In addition, even though I had taken an appointment I was allowed a meeting post a walk-in patient.
I'm yet to see how I react to the non-personalized meds. Will drop a review post a month on the same.

Dr. Prabhakar Acharya is incredible. My daughter had a lot of health issues, which were not properly addressed before I had seen her. Not only has she taken great care of my daughter's health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. The staffs were friendly too. Was detected with Cervical Spondylitis after my accident in June 2008. The repercussions in form of pain, lightning feeling in the skull, vertigo n lot more truncated my routine to the extend was short of confidence in myself. For 4yrs hopped from Orthopedics to Physiotherapists, Neurologists too but their treatments suggestions were just temporary relief.
