I searched Dr Pooja online as an in-house consultant at CloudNine and after a thorough review I chose her for my Placenta Previa - high risk pregnancy cum surgery case which I was aware is going to be Elective C Section as Placenta was covering the OS completely. Dr Pooja is an Intelligent Doctor I must say. When I went to her during my last trimester as we shifted to Mumbai and wanted a reliable doctor. After visiting her in December 2023, I was convinced with her understanding. Her logic and basics are very clear. She is a very straightforward Doctor and gives clear information with reasoning if you ask her any questions or queries. She listens carefully even though she is super busy and gives answers and never ignores your question. She was very much comfortable with giving online consultation since we were coming from Far away (Wadala to Malad ) and due to Placenta Previa wanted to avoid travel. She gave proper support in this regard understanding the situation and was even ready to travel to CloudNine vashi center in case needed.The most important thing i liked was that she met me once in December 2023 and she remembered that I took only 1 dose of Tetanus only. Understand, it could be protocol for a series of injections. But she clearly remembered the second dose of pending was amazing. And gave me confidence for her to do Surgery on me.Just to add I have had a history of multiple miscarriages, multiple IVFs failures, and the age factor too. So it's considered to be a real high risk pregnancy. But thankfully i was fortunate and blessed with the baby boy bov after 10 years.She provided exceptional care throughout my pregnancy journey with her and delivery, demonstrating a remarkable blend of professionalism, expertise, and compassion. During operation their expertise and quick decision-making ensured a safe delivery for both me and my baby. The support staff were equally remarkable, providing attentive care and creating a comforting environment. The safety measures implemented were thorough, making me feel confident in the care I was receiving. I highly recommend Dr Pooja as she handled a very complex surgery with utmost patience n outstanding care .
