Yes Dr. Pooja is very soft spoken, she tries to understand the patient first, then give her treatment advice and explain the good and bad effects.

Her working style is very good, smoothly handling the patient on the task that she carryout comfortably. Yes it's all hygienic, and her light music and songs playing in the room while working, keep diverting the stress of the patient a little away from pains. Which myself enjoyed it.

She maintains proper timing with the given appointments.

She is confident in her job, no panic and haste. She may postponed the next incoming client, by making telephonic call should she need some more time to complete her task. Mostly she is on time at her task. She deserve appreciation for her performances. The treatment room is always clean & tidy.

I I went in for a normal check up for a tooth pain in one look she said we have to do a root canal without doing an xray to know how much damage is done or can the tooth be saved gave me 4 times anesthesia which lasted for 6 hrs and drilled a large cavity in my tooth ***** ********* **** ** ** *****( before visiting the doctor I could actually see 80% of my tooth and after procedure can see only 40% be coz of the excessive drilling) gave no antibiotics only painkillers which proves der was mild decay or she mayb forgot to give me antibiotics so I decided not to proceed and look for a second option ** ******** * ********* ******* ** ******* ** **** *** ****** ** **** ** *** **** * **** ***** ** ********* *** *** ******** ****** *** **** * **** *** *** ******** ** *** **** **** *** ** *** *******

The doctor made my check well and she gave me a detailed explanation on my problem. To know more of my problem she send me to TDH for teeth X-ray which was good and timely. She then gave me the treatment plan option based on the X-ray results.
