After completion of MBBS from the prestigious JJ Hospital Mumbai, he did his MD in Internal Medicine from KEM hospital Mumbai. He was then associated with JJ Hospital as a Professor of Medicine and was heading Medicine department at GT hospital and at St George hospital. He has been a teacher to medical students for last 15 years. He has a vast medical experience of more than 20 years. He has an expertise in treating infectious diseases, lifestyle diseases like Diabetes hypertension, heart diseases etc. He is an American Heart Association Certified trainer for Basic and Advanced Cardial life support.
