No value for a patients time ! You are made to wait for atleast 1-2hours or even more with an prior appointment scheduled atleast an week before. management by the secretary mahendra is also poor, appointments are taken despite knowing the fact that the doctor is not going to be available and then the patients can wait for however long it takes.
