Dr Pallavi Rathi is very genuine doctor. Her advise is upto the mark. She treated my long standing fungal infection very effectively.

I visited the clinic for a checkup regarding a broken toenail that had previously been infected.

During the visit, the nail was clipped and I was charged ₹3000 for the procedure. I was then advised to undergo a fungal culture test (₹1500) as a precautionary measure and was prescribed medication for 5 days, with the expectation that further treatment would be guided by the test results.

However, the report was not shared proactively. It took multiple follow-ups over 7 days to receive it, during which time my prescribed medication had already ended, ******* * *** ** * **** ******* ******* ** *** ** ********

I have been suffering from fungal infection since a year,kind of on and off as it recurred.It was mentally disturbing as the infection was stubborn and the family doctor's treatment was not helping much.Two weeks back I came to know about Dr.Pallavi through Practo a great app.I read great reviews and fixed an appointment.Dr.Pallavi's treatment really did wonders for me and I am a lot better now and the treatment is still on.Looking at this positive outcome I am also getting myself treated from her for hyperpigmentation.I can give that feedback later.I am hoping good results for that too! I have taken PRP treatment here for my hairfal and have got satisfactory results. I was dealing with vitiligo since last 10 years. Dr Pallavi advised me phototherapy, with much hesitation I started the treatment but the results I got I wished I would have known Dr Pallavi before. An amazing doc, soft spoken and kind hearted person.

Recently my daughter is undergoing her laser hair reduction and pcod treatment with her and the way she explained my child about diet and lifestyle importance, I could see positive impact of it. My daughter was always irritable and we used to fight. Dr Pallavi gained my daughter's confidence and aligned me where I am going wrong in parenting. So in a nutshell she helped me beyond my medical condition in such a nice way that I don't look anywhere else now than Dr Pallavi whenever I need help for me or my family members.

My experience here was amazing. Doctor explained everything in detail with respect to my condition. She gave medications which worked like magic for me in just 7 days. I vouch for her diagnosis because I visited 3 dermatologist before and none of them could give me proper solution. Staff is also very cooperative and humble. Though there was 20 min wait time but the entire process from.check in to check out. They do have lab facilities and medical so overall all under one roof and thoroughly professional. I visited this Doctor in the month of May & June for my wart removal. She treated me with my wart removal but within 7 days the infection started again and i needed to consult her again for it and then again she gave me some other medicines from that also it wasn't cured and whenever you visit her you need to pay follow up charges that is crazy . Already the treatment was expensive and after that also she keep on adding follow up charges to it so that becomes exorbitant amount to pay. Still it is fine to pay the amount if the infection gets cured. In my case for wart removal i am not at all satisfied .
