Dr. Narayan Jayashankar

What an amazing, empathetic, conscientious, proactive and patient physician. Not only does he come across as a doctor who truly cares for his patients but also makes sure he keeps the immediate family care-givers well informed for a shared ecision making. Dr. Jayashankar took great care towards assessing the clinical condition of my 82 year old father and since I was out of town, ensured that I am kept informed every step of the way to alleviate my anxieties. Both my parents and me felt actively listened to with enough time provided for questions for a great patient and family experience. Doctor is articulate, very knowledgable, confidently humble and went a long way to make all of us feel cared for. I am very grateful to have found him.

Dr. Narayan is a wonderful doctor, with an excellent demeanour. I trust him completely. His diagnosis of my ear wax issue has been perfect. A doctor you can rarely find, who actually researches and tries to solve a patient's recurring issue. Would recommend him to all my friends and family. He is a blessing!

He tried to settle my giddy ness as I was having this prob since long ....Nd also he explained to me the problem wat I was having very well

*** ********* *** *** ** ** ***** * **** **** ** ****** *** * ********* *** *** **** *** ***** **** ***** ************ When we went for a follow-up after two days he diagnosed something different which was nowhere near his previous diagnosis. His charges are way too high. 1200 + 500 for follow up, ethically he shouldn't have taken for the follow-up. What I am really upset is that is we wasted our time and money with no relief to my mother.

While the consultation charge on practo is mentioned as 1500 , I was charged 2500 for a consultation for a fungus infection in the ear that too after a wait time of 45 mins

Even after mentioning that the price listed is 1500 I was told that it’s actually 3000 now

He checked me thoroughly and asked me everything about my past history. I have been to three ent specialist but he only diagnosed me ********** I think he is ultimate.

Doctor is jovial, patient friendly, nicely explained all the points regarding reports.

Dr Narayan is very professional, ************* and particularly very friendly to kids. I took my son to me and he was very happy with the treatment and doctors interaction with him.
