*** ** ** ***** ******* ** **** ** **** He wasn't really present in the delivery room during my delivery but he made sure I had good doctors to take care of me. He had another emergency at another hospital and clearly the other case was more critical so I was okay. I have read the other reviews in Practo and definitely every doctors clinic have waiting period not just Sheriar. Overall I have had a decent experience with the waiting times and the staff and office to me looked very well coordinated and managed. Before my appointment, I would get a call every time 24 hours prior to fix the schedule.Aviva clinic in khar also has an Aviva sonography so one doesn't need to spend time and do tests/ sonographies elsewhere. I found initially the clinic charges were high. 1800 per consultation including follow ups, 700 for NST and 2000 for uterus ultrasound (advanced gestation - 3000). But the money was totally worth it. Overall I spent about 40-50k at the clinic including all my medicine prescribed. I spent another 1 lakh at Holy Family Hospital Bandra which was the only economical hospital where Nozer delivered and the staff is awesome there. Hinduja and Breach Candy are other places he delivers (those charge a bomb of approx 3-4 lakhs just hospitalisation). Coming to my first pregnancy, I was 31 years old and had a comfortable pregnancy till 8th month. luckily i conceived at 87 kgs and delivered around the same weight. thanks to Dr Nozers dietician who had consulted me well for literally a zero weight gain and I am still consulting her for my lactation diet plan too. I was diagnosed with an Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy at 32 weeks. For those who don't know what it is, kindly Google it's important for any pregnant woman to be aware at least. Any way I still delivered comfortably and had a normal delivery at 37.5 weeks. Thanks to Dr Nozer again for prescribing me the right liver medication for my bile acids just in time. He is a no-nonsense doctor and I truly appreciate his professionalism. Many obgyns perform an episiotomy during normal delivery. Again thanks to Dr Nozer he saved me from it. He advises against episiotomy unless absolutely necessary. I followed his advice of a perineal massage daily and that helped me sail through the pushing phase of labour with a minor first degree tear (near zero stitches). He also suggests the right kind of exercises in 3rd trimester which helps open up and he definitely encourages normal delivery. For any woman pregnant in Mumbai or any where else in the world if travel not a hassle, Dr Nozer Sheriar is my recommended doctor and he will provide you with the most natural delivery experience as possible. Thanks again!

*** **** **** ***************im diabetic since last 13 years, n have 2 kids. Used to go from kashmir to bombay for my follow ups because he's worth it...i used to travel almost every month, n im happy i did that. I used to email him my issues n he always used to revert. He's such a humble doctor, so down to earth...
And i used to come from kashmir without taking any prior appointments, and He and his staff never disappointed me. Even though i used to wait a bit but yes always used to meet the doctor.
Lastly, thank you so much Dr, your hard work surely pays off.
I thought of consulting Doctor Nozer after reading some good reviews about him on Just Dial and some other websites. But little did I know about the ordeal I was about to face.
Firstly let me state that I did not get to know if Doctor Nozer is a good doctor or not as from the past 45 days all I am trying to do is to get a chance to meet him at Aviva Clinic.
I called Aviva Clinic for the 1st time on 28th Aug'15, to be told that the only appointment time available for new patients is from 18th Sep'15 onwards. Since I was the one in need I agreed for the same and decided to wait till 18th Sep'15.
On 17th Sep'15, I received a call from Aviva Clinic confirming my appointment for the next day.....On 18th Sep'15, I also received a message from Practo confirming my appointment time of 5.30pm.
I reached AVIVA at 5pm, met up with a Doctor Tina who took my case history and then told me at 5.30pm that she was unsure if Doctor Nozer would come to the clinic that day or not as he was attending an emergency case at Breach Candy Hospital. I told her that I was ready to wait for some time. But this Doctor Tina insisted on me leaving.
When I asked her about when I could meet the doctor next, she told me to call on 22nd Sep'15 and check about the doctors availability. I reluctantly left.
And by the way I paid Rs.1500/- on my first visit inspite of being there for 15 mins and not meeting the doctor.
Anyways, my ordeal started............calling AVIVA multiple times on 22nd Sep'15, trying to get a chance to meet the doctor.
Imagine being told that all slots are full with today's patients..........I informed the receptionist answering the phone that I had a appointment of 18th Sep'15 and should you guys not be giving preference to older appointments first. I did not get a reply
I called at 5.30pm...........they hung up and asked me to call back at 6pm............I called at 6pm.............they hung up and asked me to check back at 7pm..............finally at 7pm I lost my cool and asked my husband to call the clinic..
My husband got a chance to speak to Doctor Tina (the case history person) and she said that we would have to call back on 23rd to check if we could get an appointment.......
Did not an appointment on 23rd or 24th or 25th ...............................
Doctor Nozer, if you ever read this please know that I don't know if you are a good doctor or not but your team sitting at AVIVA is sure enough running a racket.................Keeping patients who come with some hopes to you hung up like this, you are not doing any charity work.....I am paying for this and getting treated like a beggar....shooed away.
Your office staff is surely ruining your reputation. I don't know if any one has had this experience at AVIVA or not but I have truly lost faith
This Doctor has been termed as Very Good but surprisingly even after waiting for more than a month we never got the appointment.
we were given an appointment and then after calling the doctors AVIVA clinic some attendants simply say that Doc is busy.
IF THE DOC IS SO BUZY THEN WHY HAS HE OPENED A PRIVATE CONSULTATION CLINIC.
It been said by the attendants that Doc is buzy in delivery, and thats the same reason always. We paid the fees and we never got the appointment. Dr Nozer might be good but the AVIVA clinic and the administrations is a total screwup.
Was recommended a c section in the 4 month of pregnancy by my previous doctor, Dr. Sheriar checked my previous medical history and said he would try for a normal delivery, and yes he delivered my 4.14 kg baby normally. Oh he makes you so comfortable during the delivery that he plays u songs from his playlist, yes we both were singing,The confidence he instilled during and post my delivery is amazing. Coming back to u doctor for my next baby.

Hoped for better: Doctor friendlinessWait timeExplanation of the health issue
Very badly managed clinic , long waiting hours ..no consideration for patients time , no clarity by staff on when the turn will come. Can get as bad as 7 hours waiting. Doctor will not give you half the time in minutes that you have waited in hours.
Please avoid.
