I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Nitin Aherrao for truly changing my quality of life. For the past few years, I had been suffering from constant gastric issues and IBS like symptoms. It was a constantly affecting my daily routine and I was also losing weight. Despite trying various alternative therapies and treatments, I could never find lasting relief.

I had been experiencing severe dysphagia for over four years, during which even swallowing water posed a significant challenge. Initially, I consulted a gastroenterologist who unfortunately misdiagnosed my condition as Acidity, leading to prolonged ineffective treatment. My patient was suffering from bile duct leak. Bile was not getting stopped despite all medicines. Finally i was referred to Dr Nitin Aherrao for endoscopic control of bile leak. After seeing MRCP report, Dr Nitin performed ERCP and placed a stent in bile duct. Post stent placement, bile leak stopped and my patient is fine now

My father, an elderly gentleman was suffering from difficulty in swallowing, retrosternal discomfort. After discussing with our physician who guided us to Dr Nitin Aherrao for upper gi endoscopy. Endoscopic examination showed a deep long ulcer all throughout ulcer with a suspicious fistula at end of ulcer. Considering fistula, Dr Nitin advised for CT scan of chest and simultaneously biopsy were taken to rule out cancer and was sent to hinduja and raheja hospital. Fortunately both places showed it as noncancer ulcer. Dr Nitin accordingly advised Nasojejunal tube for feeding and to bypass food from food pipe to directly intestine. Tube was kept for one month, after 1 month we rechecked with endoscopy and ulcer is completely healed now he will be able to eat food orally. Thank you very much for curing my dad.
