Dr. Nirav Chheda

I am visiting an ENT specialist after several several years. He seemed to have the latest equipment. He showed photographically what is wrong inside my ears. He listens to his patients very patiently and gives advise. I am hoping that GOD will guide his hands and Dr Nirav will restore my hearing completely. He is a good Doctor and I will recommend him if any of my friends are in need of an ENT specialist.

At the end I noticed you have spelt my name wrongly. The correct spelling is BALA AYER. Please correct your records.

Listen patiently and Explains. Professional and expert in his work , good hands on understanding patients pain areas and servicing accordingly. Highly Recommended for any ENT related Issue and Surgery

I visited the clinic twice and had to pay 800 and 500 INR respectively, he wrote medicines for approx 1000INR and asked me to get a CT scan done which costed me another 1500 INR and still there is no progress with my sinus issue. During my follow up visit, the Doctor mentioned that he couldn't understand my problem and wrote me another dose of medicine and asked me to come back after 5days and let him know if the medicines worked or not. I felt I was robbed and not at all happy with the doctor and treatment. I will never visit him again and would want a refund of my money as the "treatment" didnt benefit me whatsoever.

I visited thrice in a week but doctor visited clinic only once.. Rest two times assistant prescribed medicines.. Also assistant need to be polite and down towards.. This goes to doctor as well.. I would not recommend any teenager to visit the clinic.. When I asked whats the cause of my symptoms is happening.. Instead explaining the process assistant replied you just over think on ur health.. I was not happy to hear this..

You can't be a good doctor if you are not a good person and it goes so aptly for him. He will always be 2 hours late, 4 time that I have visited him. People visit him often coz he has a camera and makes you look at your dirt before he cleans it so that you can appreciate his work. If you are in emergency/poor/self respecting person then don't visit him. If you so visit him, definitely take a bill, no matter what you pay

Pros:

- Nothing except for the certificates hung on the wall and 12 years of experience written on Practo.

Cons:

- Never on time

- Some of the times he doesn't come and his assistant does the check up

- Consultation charges are quite high as compared to other good doctors

- Does not tell the patient what the problem is

- Prescribes very costly medicine

Good Doctor but heavily overcharges. Plus the first time I went to his Ghatkopar clinic I was attended by an assistant not the Doctor himself. Still charged me 800/- for that session and a later one, where he charged me 800/- again for even a follow up consultation and 400/- extra for cleaning. These sessions lasted barely 15 mins so I do feel he overcharges.

diagnosis was prompt...on medication and recuperating fast enough than expected...hoping for the best

Satisfied by talking and getting the result as treatment start .Only thing fees is slightly more for common man ,govt servent.
