I can’t recommend Dr. Nikita enough! I came from Australia for my treatment, and the entire team at Smile Concepts made the process incredibly smooth – from appointment bookings to planning every step of the treatment, everything was coordinated so well. Dr.Nikita is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to smile designing – every detail matters to her, and it truly shows in the results. She has incredible patience and is always available to clarify any doubts or questions you may have. What I appreciated most was that she doesn’t stop at “good enough” – there are multiple trials, all done with care, until you’re happy and more importantly, until she’s happy. Smile Concepts? It’s the magic house you want to be in – *** *** ****** ** *** ******** ****** ****** *** ***** ** **** ****** and i am so glad I trusted her with mine. If you’re looking for someone who blends art, science, and heart into every smile – she’s the one!

Went for teeth cleaning, whitening, polishing and buffing.

Dr. Nikita is one of the best dentists i've ever visited.

She explained the entire procedure and calmed me down.

Overall vibe of the place is also good. Read a lot of reviews before going and the doctors did not disappoint when it comes to making you feel comfortable and in a safe space.

However, I am not very satisfied with the end result.

Writing this review around 12 days after the procedure has been done.

Cleaning part was good. But whitening and bleaching hasn't been effective.

On a shade card, i may have gone 2-3 shades lighter. That's it. Not even close to white.

Even have some rough feeling on 2 of my teeth - including 1 pre-molar.

Expected a better end result from the process. Not satisfied. I don't even know the next steps now.

1.5/5 for the result.

Would appreciate if someone can call me up from the clinic and advice on what can be done to make the situation better.

I visited Smile Concepts for my dental cleaning and cavity filling. The remarkable patience with which Dr. Nikita listened to my doubts, fears and anxieties regarding visiting a dentist and other teeth related issues, is something I have not seen with doctors here in Mumbai. There was no rush to just dismiss off the patient and immediately be done with the treatment.I kept on asking questions and she calmly listened and answered and made me stay relaxed throughout the procedure. I had an amazing result with the dental cleaning procedure. The doctor used top of the art machinery and the entire procedure was quick, painless and had immediate visible effect on the teeth. They were visibly cleaner, smoother and shinier.

I have always thought meeting a dentist as a dreadful experience. However, Dr. Nikita changed my perception completely. She explains the whole process in advance including the minute technical matters. Both Dr. Nikita & Dr. Nitesh ensured the root canal treatment went smoothly.

Dr Nikita is very friendly and patient while giving the treatment. I was in so much pain before coming to her but she did a completely painless RCT. She kept on explaining me the steps which was really ensuring. I will definitely recommend her and will visit her for all my future dental problems.
