I have no complaints about doctors and nurses. Only the issue is need to improve admin departments, hospital admin staff should be clear not giving satisfactory answers of the questions. And admin not disclosed about the charges and final bill. I was admitted in the hospital but not sharing room charges and other things to me or my family members my husband asked about the room charges the girl replied it will cover under mediclaim, but we have right to know about the all charges. Rooms are very congested ac was not working. Lots of mosquitoes wer there. Over all experience was not so good. Thank you
