Dr. Nikhil Vashi is a very good doctor with a kind nature. ** ***** ***** **** ** ****** The staff is also very good, and the clinic is clean and comfortable.

Well so I have been knowing these doctors since the time I started my treatment and it's been 15 years now ..

The doctors are highly professional using the best technology. I recommend patients to go to them as they clearly show you what is wrong with the teeth explaining though ur own x-rays so no question of poor performance on their behalf or wrongly charging the patient. They send one reminders for their regular check ups post treatment and it's really good that they do that because working people like me often forget to look after our own health..

Also they are good human beings too. For an instance I had an emergency. I had to go for a trip and unsually three of my teeth started to ache in the morning. I called Dr Nikhil up and he said I could come at this time I had asked for despite all his existing appointments and Dr bhuma helped me out though she already had her patient at her end. They respect such worried situations and cater to the patients needs. Thanks a lot for today !✋

Dr. Nikhil Vashi and Dr. Bhooma are an amazing doctor couple. The setup was neat and clean, they were punctual, and the treatment was reasonable, reliable, and painless. The team was very friendly and smiling, which made the experience even better.

Dr. Nikhil vashi treated my daughter for straightening and shaping of protruding teeth set over a period of approx. 18 months. When it was time for removal of the braces, he asked me to pay extra 5000.00 for each of additional retainers. I had already spent over 85000.00 for extraction, setting etc.. needed for shaping of the teeth. ** ******** **** ***** ******* ** *** ****** * ******* ** ****** *** **** **** *** **** *** ******** *** **** **** *** **** ** ********** ********* ** ******** ** *** ***** **** ** ********** I refused to accept the additionsl retainers against additional charges. He completed the removal of braces and fitted the fixed retainers. My daughter complained of pain and feeling of the protruding wire. He explained that the pain and feel will subside with time. Since I refused to purchase the additional retainers from him, ** ********* ********** **** he will not treat my daughter eventhough payment was collected in advance. Then he said that he will complete the fitting of fixed retainers but will not offer his consultation thereafter against the advance payment already collected by him. He also forced me to pay for the upper additional retainer. My daughter continued to complain about the pain. All this happened in the month of January 2019. In April 2019, the additional retainer broke into two pieces. In may 2019, the fixed retainer of upper set broke. I was annoyed with my daughter. I got my braces fixed from Dr Nikhi Vashi and Dr Bhuma Vashi in 2007. After the treatment was done they put fixed retainers and i was told to keep it for few years. Now fews months back I visited Dr Bhum Vash and asked her to remove my retainers. She gave me a brief explanation of all my teeth condition wherein filling was required and also tooth cleaning and then removed my retainers and then asked me to pay 1000 Rs. When I asked 1000 Rs for what. She said 500 for consultation and 500 for removing the retainers. Then she gave me a big list of treatments needed and that it will cost me 10000 Rs. I never told her to give any consultation and only told her to remove the retainers. I didn't argued and paid 2000 Rs as I didn't had a change of 1000 Rs. I was a patient at his clinic almost 30 yrs ago... probably among his first lot of patients from when he started his practice at Andheri. My treatment took almost 2 yrs I think and through it all, Dr.Vashi was always accessible inspite of there being no mobile phones then. Anytime I had trouble with my braces and I called him, he always gave me guidance on what to do to be comfortable till I got to his clinic.
