Dr. Neena explained the health issue and suggested medicine. She explained the reasoning as why we need the treatment.

We liked most was her good approach and explanation ability.

There was very less waiting time around 20 mins only.

Improvement - Dr. Neena's Handwriting was difficult to read, if possible she should improve it.

Overall on scale from 1-10, we give 9 based on overall experience.

Dr. Neena Singh Chitnis patiently listened to my problems and explained arthritis clearly before prescribing medication. She was very humble and courteous throughout the consultation. Although the wait time was a bit long, the consultation felt like good value for money.
