Went for a dental exam and cavity filling. For the first time ever, i have not felt pain after a treatment, and i am talking about a tooth which underwent 2 prior painful drilling sessions at other clinics.

Dr. Namrata and her team take extremely good care of you. They take time to understand your issue and explain the treatment in detail. Care is taken to ensure that the patient has pain-free treatment in a friendly manner. They show you before and after treatment results. They do regular follow-ups.

If i have to summarise in a few words, it feels like you are sitting in a garden with your friends (who are very patient and are good listeners), and they are helping you heal and recover.

Dr Namrata was professional in her approach and investigated the root cause. She explained her diagnosis along with various alternative treatment options and recommended the best course. The treatment is underway. We are satisfied with the treatment as on date.

Dr Namrata is very gentle & calm dentist. Her touch is soft & it reduces pain. She takes time to explain every step to the patient & reassures them about the full process.
