I had booked an appointment for a routine dental cleaning. ************** ** ********** *** ************* **** * ************ *** ****** ************Despite having a confirmed appointment, I had to wait around 45 minutes before being seen, even after reminding the reception twice. The clinic environment also felt unusual — there was constant movement of staff in and out of the treatment cabin, while very few patients were present.
