I also would like to place on record my deepest sense of gratitude to all the Technicians and supporting staff in Radiation Dept. of Jaslok Hospital who took care of me during my treatment of radiation under Dr. Mukul Roy.

I was diagnosed case of cancer in prostate since 2016. I had undergone radical robotic prostatectomy in 2016 by Dr. Shailesh Raina of Jaslok Hospital. I developed this recurrence of cancer after five years in the local area of prosterior bed anterior to rectum. Dr. Raina referred my case to Dr. Mukul Roy, Radiation Oncologist in Jaslok Hospital for giving me radiation therapy to cure this nodular lesion in the rectal area.

Dr. Mukul Roy, Jaslok Hospital completed my radical radiotherapy and through 25 sittings of radiation, this cancerous nodular lesion in the rectal area got vanished and shrank. I am now free from severe pain which was giving me trouble before radiation.

Dr. Mukul Roy is very talented and very cooperative Oncologist in Jaslok Hospital. She takes care of even side effects of radiation, if any. Her staff in radiation department is also equally cooperative and caring staff. She prescribed medicines even during my radiation which helped me to keep my health fit. She advised me about my diet which helped me to keep myself fit. In radiation department all technicians and supporting staff were and are very cooperative and care taking staff.

Dr. Mukul Roy gave me all the answers of my queries and cleared my doubts during my radiation.

It's a blessing of the dear Almighty that we visited Dr. Mukul Roy for my father’s treatment. She is a remarkable doctor **** ** ******* ********* in her respective medical field which eventually is the most essential part to treat a patient. I must mention that she is divinely gifted with kindness, modesty, amicability and true caring for her patients and all her profound qualities made us feel very easy and confident about the treatment procedure. She also cared for our financial matters, e.g. she guided us from where and how we can get blood transfusion, diagnostic tests, etc. done at a minimal cost. She is a very friendly doctor, shared her contact info in case of emergency. Above all my father is now much better than before. On the next week we are going to visit her for the follow up treatment. Doctor was very very comforting, friendly, considerate and to top it all helpful eg when we were unwell during radiation she adviced n sent a tech home to do our vivid test n when reports were positive for all she arranged for our hospitalization at jaslok for myself n my wife n her husband consulted online our daughter n advised treatment with home quarantine.

Even when we were in hospital she kept in touch with us n the treating doctor.Our heartfelt thanks to Dr Mukul Roy. May god bless her and her family and may give her good health to continue her noble profession with live n affection to one and all as it's very very essential when a patient is attacked by such illness viz CANCER
