Dr. Mohini Vachhani

Dr Mohini is one of the best Gynecologist in Mumbai. We stay in Mahim and had consulted a Couple of Doctors in and around Mahim but didn’t find them good enough to continue our consultation with.

We met Dr Mohini in September 2014 and we could see the results in a couple of months only. Now we have a 1 week old Son.

There might be a lot of Doctors with the experience in this field but it’s important to have the right knowledge of the modern technique and medicines also which will help the patients, which some of the doctors lack. Since Dr Mohini has worked in London and in India she has the knowledge and the experience of the latest Medicines & techniques which gives results quickly which is a must in today complicated medical field.

Our baby was not growing in the last couple of weeks during my wife’s pregnancy in this case most doctors would have suggested the C section delivery (which is easy , less time consuming and more lucrative for them) but Dr Mohini insisted on a normal delivery which was done without any issues.

Couple of things which she does beautifully which is really appreciable are

1. Share information with the patients on the process and the medicines which has prescribed

2. Gives them the confidence that what they thing is a BIG issue or a problem is not a problem at all and can be easily cured.

3. Guides them throughout the pregnancy.

4. Clears out the Myth which a lot of pregnant women have to listen in terms of what to eat, what not to eat, what to do, etc. (you will be surprised on the myths , some of the stuff which are good for the baby and the mother are told to be avoided because of the myths)

5. Has a very friendly approach which makes the patients to share even the smallest thing. Makes them comfortable.

6. Respects their privacy

7. Cares for the patients (has a personal touch)

Honestly if it wasn’t for Dr Mohani we might have been still been waiting for our first kid,

Dr Mohini if one of the best doctors in Mumbai

Most of the doctors in town have experience in one Location only whereas Dr Mohini has worked in London and In India so her methods are modern and give the results Quickly

We went to a couple of other doctors but of no use. Here we saw the results in a couple of months.

Couple of things she does very well are as follows

· Clears out the Myths – often during pregnancy there are a lot of Myths that the person has to listen through in terms of what to eat and what not to eat , only a doctor can confirm the different between a Myth and what good for the Mother and patient

· Makes the patient confirmable that the issue for which they are consulting is not an issue and is easily curable example PCOD

· Cares for the Patient

· Promotes Normal Delivery – In our case any other doctor would have told my wife to go for C section because the baby was not growing however Dr. Mohini was confident that if it can be done normally there is no need to go for C section. Whereas if you think from a Doctors perspectives C Section is easy for them and is more lucrative

· Gives the Right advice in terms on activities that needs to be done and what should be avoided.

Overall we had a great experience with Dr Mohini. She is like a second Mom to my wife.

An angel brought Dr mohini to us.right from convincing is to go ahead with our otherwise complicated twin pregnancy to successfully delivering our kids she gave us the right treatment.in the last few weeks we were getting mixed opinions on our scans due to which we would have been forced to deliver our kids early.but Dr mohini encouraged us and tracked baby 'a growth and movements every morning and evening because of which we were able to prolong out pregnancy.she even did our scan on Sundays to keep a close watch on baby's growth.it is impossible to find a Doctor like her who gets personally and deeply involved.thankyou very much mam.words are not enough to express our gratitude.8 It is impossible to find a selfless doctor like you in this country.you are very very special.

It was an amazing experience. We were struggling to find a good gynacologist but when we heared about her and then we decided to visit her. Even though it was to far from our home but still we decided to go. When we went there she had the patience of listening to my wife medical history and according to that she advised us what will be the course of action. She personally took all the efforts of explaining us . Even small things like giving injections suggesting the right course of treatment. The best part of her is she available 24 hour. She first explained me everything in detail and recommended laproscopic surgery. when we realized that the surgery is a only option, we decided to continue the consultation with Dr. Mohini. I felt most comfortable and vey secure with her. We did surgery in Hinduja Hospital, Khar. The way she communicated with me and my family throughout my hospitalization was really good. She is always available on phone for any details and queries.

Dr. Mohini is extremely well spoken, caring, helpful and above all an expert doctor. Now, she's more of a family doctor to me and I'll surely go to her and recommend you as well.

We have been wisiting the doctor for last 2 months. I live in Pune and my wife has been suffering from a lot of gynecological problems for last few years. We visited a lot of doctors in Pune but no one could provide much help. Finally I found Dr. Vachhani on the net. Looked at the feedback and decided to take my wife to see her. Well I had read somewhere that if you find the right doctor then half your battle is won and I experienced this when I went to Dr.mohini vachhani.I have had internal ultrasounds done a lot of times in the past since I have PCOD but she made me so comfortable and she did my check up so thoroughly.She was in no hurry to get done with me and attend her next patient.She has so much ********* *** experience and cleared all my queries by explaining everything so well.The best part about her is that even if she is not in India or if she is travelling somewhere she still makes it a point to message and enquire about your health.So u know she is always there with you and u r connected with her.I have had a wonderful experience with her and I can’t thank her enough.
