Dr. Perola Menon

Dr Menon has been my dentist and the dentist for my family for the past 26 years. She has a wonderfully friendly and soothing manner and a warm smile which puts both adults and children at ease immediately. She has immense experience and has shown exceptional competence in whatever work she has undertaken for myself & family, whether it is a simple cleaning or bleaching, or complex procedures like root canal , impacted wisdom tooth extraction or what she did recently, a dental implant.

I have complete trust in her and would never go to anybody else. I would strongly recommend her to anybody who wants painless and the best possible dental treatment.

The doctor takes you through the journey, not leaving you clueless. What matters to you, matters to her. The entire experience was more than professional, there was a personal touch and association bringing about not just the friendliness but also the trust. The doctor comes across not just friendly, *** ** **** ************ and guides you with do's and dont's.

I absolutely loved the staff, that greeted me and asked me how i was doing. They always had a smile and were helpful throughout. The entire experience was amazing, and makes me want to visit again without any hesitation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Menon for over 6 - 7 years, and I have always been so happy with her professionalism, kindness, courtesy *** ******* She is gentle with her patients, explains the problem very clearly, as well the procedure she is going to undertake to solve the issue. I find this very re-assuring in a doctor.

The staff in the clinic also reflect this kind, courteous and professional attitude. Appointment times are adhered to, which is such a rarity amongst doctors in India. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes beyond my designated appointment time.

Normally, a visit to the dentist always engenders stress, apprehension, and sometimes even fear amongst patients. I feel none of these emotions going to Dr. Menon.

Visited Dr Perola Menon for root canal surgery and scaling/ polishing of my teeth. She explained the problem that I was facing and the resolution process to be carried out very clearly.

Found her to be very professional , gentle with her hands and skillful at her work .The root canal process was painless and was performed in just 45 minutes.

The clinic is clean , well maintained , hygienic and covid protocals were adhered to strictly. The staff was polite and organised.

2. The doctor always does a thorough professional job.

3. Gets in external assistance from specialists when necessary

4.There is a strong feeling of a family atmosphere

5. The support staff in the clinic are always cheerful and supportive

6. The ambience of the clinic is attractive with soft music playing

7. The last little thing that delighted me was that while my teeth were being drilled and patched and being knocked out I could look out of the window and watch the leaves of a huge tree rustling gently in the breeze

making each sitting a delight to the soul.

The experience at The Dental Care Clinic was very pleasant and free of any hassles. Dr Menon handled the procedure both efficiently and graciously while patiently answering all my questions. I was a little concerned with a cap that had aged a bit and her comprehensive examination and tips to keep it going for a few more years were very reassuring.

It was also a pleasant surprise to see how the clinic has adapted to handle the concerns and risks associated with COVID. Right from the waiting area and throughout the procedure the team has put together a slew of safety measures to minimise risk of infection. Kudos to Dr Menon and her team!

Wow,! My experience was awesome. Right from the time you enter the Clinic, the ambience, decor, the soft music and the courtesy extended by each of the clinic staff makes one feel so special. Dr. Perola herself is so soft spoken, very gentle during the treatment. Using A class material and the very best. Her advice during the treatment is so customized that one can't wait to go through the process, which has always been beyond expectation. Spectacular !

What's more is when you drop in at any time, one is offered water, tea or coffee. The staff is at your beck and call inspite of their meticulous commitments.
