Meghna dietician and Nutrionist plan out diet of each client taking into consideration his/her likes and dislikes of foods. Recently she allowed us eating Mango per day but with little changes to suit weight reduction. She asked me what I would like to eat and than she consider our like with some little additions with some other eatables to make diet support weight management.
