I had been suffering from continuous bleeding for the past 2 months and was going through a lot of discomfort. My family doctor, Dr. Chilwan, advised me to consult Dr. Masooma Merchant.

Hats off to this doctor. She has worked tirelessly throughout this pandemic without missing a single day of her consulting. She is a true soldier in current Pandemic condition. Heard so many other doctors shut work and sat at home but Dr Masooma has not taken a single day off in this pandemic. Amazing at her work and knowledge. The best part is there has never been a single time where we had to wait for more than 15 mins for our turn compared to other doctors experience where we would wait for 1 to 1.5 hours. She cares truly for the patients time and money too because she has not at all increased her charges be it consulting or delivery by a single rupee even in this pandemic where hospitals have nearly doubled their charges.

Thank you mam for everything. The smooth 9 months I have had with you has been unbelievable and how you handled my delivery too in this crisis situation to give me such a cute healthy baby girl is applaudable.

First of all 'A Big Thank You' to Dr.Masooma Ma'am for the best treatment, support, guidance and cool/kind nature. When I was suffering with pcod, I started searching for good doctor and gone through practo ratings and found masooma ma'am with good rating and I started visiting her and followed the prescriptions and suggestions given by Ma'am. She listened patiently to my problem and investigated the issue and started the treatment. And I got pregnant in 2nd month after visiting ma'am. She is very kind and friendly nature. During the pandemic situation ma'am was always available on call for any queries and even on whatsapp. She used to give response very quickly at anytime for the raised query on whatsapp or on calls. My 9months journey of pregnancy with ma'am was very smooth and comfortable. Finally the due date was arrived and I was admitted in hospital.I was not able to bear the pain and I asked ma'am to do c-section but ma'am helped me with normal delivery . I have given up but ma'am had not given up and the way she handled the situation was awesome and did normal delivery and had given birth to my little baby girl.Thank You Ma'am.Ma'am you are truly genuine and awesome.
