She did OPD every day during that time showing that she really cares for poor patients
Finally I went to her with my wife to her clinic at clare road last year and was blown away with the professional atmosphere. Astounding clean and beautiful peaceful clinic, great polite staff and waiting time max 15 minutes. For my wives first pregnancy I had gone to 2 to 3 other doctors and was harrowed by atleast 1.5 to 2 hours waiting every visit. All 9 months the smooth process that I went through was unbelievable. From 8 month she gives her personal number too and we are free to call her at any time day or night for any emergency or issues.
Mam thank you for the gift of life you gave us. I shall always pray for your success and happiness in your life and will send you many many of my friends and relative to you because there cannot be any better Gynaecologist in at least this city of Mumbai.

Doctor is very polite, understanding, genuine *** **** ************* **** Calm, clean and soothing clinic with great staff ... Strict appointment system which shows doctor values patients time and I would say not at all expensive like other doctors who charge a bomb ****
Dr. Masooma Husain Merchant was very friendly, honest, and explained everything clearly, which really helped me. The staff was kind and patient despite the crowd. The clinic environment was okay, but I felt the fees were a bit high, especially for urgent follow-ups.

Visited Dr Masooma Merchant for my wife Hysterectomy procedure. Initially other doctors we visited we were not convinced and came back home more scared of the procedure but after visiting Dr Masooma Merchant our full thinking changed. She sat and explained the whole procedure and the advantages and few problems that could arise !!!! which doctor does that :) After understanding in such clear terms and terminology we were so satisfied that we went ahead with her the same week.
The surgery went smooth. Laproscopy Hysterectomy was done and my wife was home within 48 hours.

My wife had bleeding almost 12 to 13 days of the month due to her periods and all the doctors we went to only gave medicines and suggested removal of Uterus.
Then someone suggested Dr Masooma Merchant and she suggest MIRENA option. The best thing about this doctor is the simplicity with which she explained what MIRENA would do. My wife is so happy currently to have not gone through surgery. Since 3 months she has no pains and no bleeding too. Thank you DOC !!!! You deserve 10 stars.
