The appointment was unacceptable from start to finish. The doctor joined late, and once he did, the entire consultation lasted barely seven minutes. He was visibly rushed the whole time. I was not given the chance to explain my concerns properly — every time I tried, he moved on. He reached a conclusion almost immediately, without asking follow-up questions or taking the time to understand my situation
I paid for a proper medical consultation. What I received was a few rushed minutes with someone who was clearly not paying attention to me. That is not the standard of care any patient should be given, and it is not what I paid for.

The doctor was very patient and listened carefully to my questions. His explanations were clear, and the wait time was about ten minutes. Overall, the experience was good, though I found it a bit expensive.

Dr was good advise was good but no in-house facilities available taking blood sample in reception counter no follow up from Dr once you pay his consultant in advance before meeting Dr. even after more than one week no test of before fasting arranged not even Dr brother to ask.??
