He was not helpful and quite arrogant. In the end he did not even assist me with the diagnosis of my MRI. The medicines he prescribed were not available even in Thane. He did not give much explanation on why these medicines were prescribed, what was wrong and how to avoid it again etc. Now I am spending additional time and money to get the diagnosis done again from someone else.

Didn't like the doctors approach. Not satisfactory explanation of the issue and possible exercises I could do to strengthen the neck.
