Dr. Kiran Nare (Physiotherapist)

I went to Dr Kiran with an ankle injury. I had already been to 2 physiotherapists before and nothing seems to have worked. It was hard for me to walk without a limp for almost 8 months. ** ***** ** * **** ************* **************** He is also very reassuring and comforting to talk to. He has been amazing in healing my ankle and getting me back to running.

Knee injury had aggravated with damage in both knees. Couldn't climb stairs. Could not move shoulder. Was advised surgeries by orthos. Dr. Kiran carefully analysed the problem and suggested a steady exercise regime which helped build muscle and avoid surgeries. Very happy now.

When i first approached Dr. Kiran, I had difficulty in walking due to a nagging knee pain. Dr. Kiran worked on my knee **** ****** *** **** ********* ********** that saw some amazing progress happen in just 3 weeks. He has an amazing ability to diagnose the root problem and deal with it effectively. He not only helped me recover but has also worked on my core to ensure sustainability of the treatment.

He understood my problem very well as I'm newbie in running. He advised me with proper workouts which I'm following and experienced the change in my performance as well. Started running in November 2016 with 10k marathons and done with my first 21k in June 2017. I guess that's the good result of his work.

I had very bad phase of injuries last year. Dr Kiran resolved most of my problems which allowed me to resume and continue my running and exercises.

The doctor is quite young so he has a good rapport with young people, especially players. He explained everything I needed to know regarding my knee injury & how I was supposed to take care of it. It was because of his guidance that I had a speedy recovery after I had an acl reconstruction surgery.

I was very hesitant to do physiotherapy as in most excercises, I'm not able to perform fully and Doctors fail to suggest me a workaround to get the same muscle work done. However I needed to visit Physiotherapist for my Foot drop condition.

Instead Dr Kiran understood my overall issue and he is helping me do proper strengthening and improve me overall instead of what I asked for :) work is still in progress though.

Dr Kiran is friendly to understand your problems at the same time very strict regarding the excercise routine which is again in your own benefit.

My son Kalpit is a swimmer.He has been benefited a lot with Dr.Kiran's exercises.The exercises given by Dr.Kiran helped to increase his strength.

When I went to see him, my neck was really in bad condition. I thought it would definitely take few sittings to overcome.But to my surprise, in just 2 sittings I got recovered. The most appreciative gesture from his side is regular follow up about my health

I'm an International Gymnast , last time my physio accompanied us for the selection trials of the Indian Gymnastics team for the Commonwealth Games. I had some issues with my knee, but because of him I was able to perform safely. He is our best friend.
