During the session, I was asked to have not only pictures of my teeth taken but also a full-face photograph for dental procedures. I respectfully declined the request for a facial photograph. However, in response to my refusal, *** ****** ************ ****** ******* ****** Following this, he proceeded to show me photographs of other patients, which I believe constitutes a serious breach of patient confidentiality.

Patients have the right to refuse any photographic documentation that extends beyond what is strictly necessary for treatment. My decision to decline the facial photograph should have been respected without prejudice.
