It was supposed to be a video consultation, but the doctor never did one, she called me instead. The whole consultation was wrapped up in 6 minutes, where she didn't let me explain my symptoms in details, rather she kept interrupting me so she could wrap up the appointment quickly. She didn share any diagnosis and abruptly cut the call. The precription she wrote consists of 9 medicines and 2 of which are for the same purpose. This was a very disappointing experience.
