Dr. Jaideep Mankani

I consulted Dr. Jaideep after experiencing sharp sinus pain following a severe cold and cough. His expertise was evident in the way he explained the condition in detail and ensured the treatment process was both effective and comfortable. I had a sudden sensorineural hearing loss. Dr. very carefully explained to me what had happened, and the pros and cons of the treatment post diagnosis.

He meticulously made a medication plan according to my needs, and made sure I take the medication on time by explaining the implications of if failed to take them on time / as prescribed.

Within a Month my hearing had healed by almost 90%, the rest followed by the next couple weeks.

Dr. answered all my questions, and made it simple enough for me to understand without using a lot of jargons, or translating the medical terms into layman’s language, post which I was a bit relieved and it became a waiting game for the hearing to heal.

Will recommend Dr. Jaideep to family and friends if and when the need arises.

Dr. Mankani comes across as a very serious person but someone who knows his work thoroughly. I visited him for a persistent sinus issue and he explained things in depth.

He asked me to do certain tests which showed the problem and told me all precautions to be taken. Unlike most doctors hes happy to see reports over whatsapp and give feedback immediately.

I have started homeopathy now so not gone back for a second visit but that has nothing to do with him.

Yesterday On 21st Dec 2022 morning I called up and took an appointment for same day evening 7:30 pm. for my tinnitus problem.

In my visit Dr Jaydeep Mankani gave me good information and some tablets on my health issue and advised me to do Audiogram anytime in future.

I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. NO ISSUES AT ALL.

Then I came out and asked the lady (who was taking appointments) to give me an appointment for Audiogram.

She said any day in the morning time, as we don't do Audiogram in the evening.

I said I have problem taking time early in the morning.

Still she finally convinced me to take next day (22nd Dec 2022) Morning 11 O'clock appointment for Audiogram.

Today (22nd Dec 2022) with lot of personal problems I got up early and reached there sharp 10:45 am.

At 11 O'clock This new attendant girl sent other patient in the doctors cabin. (That was ok for me as, little bit here and there is no problem)

BUT at 11:05 am 2 ladies came and told the attendant girl that they have 11 am appointment. Till this time I was ok and I gave my seat to these ladies as a courtesy.

Then the girl who was attending visitors told me that your turn is after these ladies.

I was shocked. How can you do that?

I had been waiting there since 10:45 and now my turn is after them who came just now?

(Just imagine minimum 20 minutes for one patient)

This was total injustice to me.

I told her that I was allotted 11 am appointment,

Still she said they also (Other 2 ladies) have 11 am appointment.

Then I said why 2 appointments same time?

What is the meaning of an appointment?

I don't have any problem how many appointments you allot at the same time, but at-least have a courtesy to give the priority who comes first and waiting there for long time.

So instead of making a scene there, I just got up and came home.

Decided not to visit this place again.

I was have acute inflammatory throat infection repeatedly. Dr. Mankani was superb. Helped me understand the real issue and guided appropriately. With 4 days my throat infection vanished simultaneously realising that I also had an ear problems within resolved it too. I will recommend Dr Mankani 100%. Cheers Doctor.

I visited Doctor for throat problem and he made me understand the problem very carefully. Also during emergency he advised me medicine over watsapp without delay. He reviewed my report on watsapp which was appreciable. Im recovering well. Thanks a lot!

Doctor is very very good. My parents had persistent cold and cough issues from a very long time and going to various doctors only worsened the issue. Finally when i read good reviews about this doctor , I decided to take them here and believe me, doctor actually explained us the entire problem in a completely new way, which no other doctor did and within two weeks my parents sinus and cough problem were gone. Really a very good doctor.

Not happy at all ….
