We had a very pleasant experience with Dr.Hiral Shah and her staff. My Son was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but She was very patient with him and the staff was very helpful and kind. Dr.Hiral Shah is very professional and reasonably priced. She takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. It's not easy to find a good dentist for your kids. I feel I received honest advice and trusted my dentist's opinion here. I am so glad I chose Hello!Tooth and would highly recommend to anyone.

I had complete set of crowded and malalinged teeth, but dr. Hiral shah did and excellent job on getting me perfect teeth set. Her pre- braces myofunctional treatment worked wonders for me, followed by braces..got perfect straight teeth.😊

My appointment with Dr. Hiral Shah was cancelled twice at the last minute, which caused me inconvenience as I was already preparing to leave for the clinic. Although a later appointment was offered, I needed to see the doctor sooner and couldn’t reschedule.

My son is very stubborn and he won't follow any instructions given to him by any doctor however Dr Hiral made him comfortable n kept talking to him n made him understand about what she was doing. She also played his favourite cartoon on the screen so he feels like home. To my surprise my son was actually listening to her, understanding her as well as cooperating.

As a parent she gave me a peace of mind with all the possible explanation for my questions and her treatment procedure.

I would love to visit her again.... would always recommend her.

Dr. Hiral Shah has been treating my son since he was 3 years old. She is calm, composed, and very skilled with her treatments and procedures. She is empathetic and patient, which is especially important when treating children.

Dr hiral is very approachable and friendly. She establishes good rapport with her patients and their parents.

Taking appointments is easy and the process is handled well. So no unnecessary waiting. And if you need to wait, the waiting room is pleasant has toys to keep the kids occupied.

She was very clear with the treatment plan for present as well as prevention for the future.
