We got in touch with Dr. Hetal through our Gynae Dr. Raut when we were on our journey to become parents. Right from the first consultation we were satisfied with her calm demeanor and listening ear and explanation in detail of what the treatment with her would entail.

Every meeting with her was comforting and reassuring filled with positivity.

She took her time to explain the procedures and never hurried to move on to the next patient.

All medication was very carefully reviewed and adjusted regularly and she remembers each patient and their specific temperament when discussing any treatment and effect of each medication.

Every meeting with her almost felt like a counseling session filled with hope.

The team at the center consisting of Dr. Bharati (Asst Doc.), Ranjit & Atita(Embryologists), Anuradha(nurse), Sunita(Maushi) and receptionists is well trained both in procedure and bedside manner. This in itself leads to less anxiety and greater feeling of potential success with Dr. Hetal and her team.

For us, Dr. Hetal even came in on a Sunday to carry out our procedure and on occasion has come in early or stayed late to accommodate us and other patients.
