We visited Dr for help with family planning . My entire pregnancy journey from the start till end was monitored by Dr. Hemalata. She insured. We got the right treatment and helped us monitor my ovulation cycle and accordingly conceive I was very comfortable with her. She made sure that all my health conditions were taken care of. And I received timely interventions. My delivery, which was C-section was also done by her and everything went smoothly. I appreciate and thank Dr for all her help and support without her guidance. The day we found out we were going to be parents, we started doing research as to which hospital we would want to birth our baby. After adequate amount of research, we squared down to Surya Hospital’s Santacruz, Mumbai. We were also certain that we needed a highly experienced Doctor for the safe delivery of our baby. That’s when we contacted her private practice clinic and I started with my Doctor visits with her right from the start of my pregnancy journey. She is an extremely calm person, highly skilled and precise & very clear with her communication. Her staff in her clinic in Andheri are also very prompt and efficient. They schedule appointments, then follow-ups, run scans and tests at the clinic itself (so you don’t need to travel elsewhere).

Her guidance throughout my pregnancy was so valuable and enriching. She monitored my baby & me closely.

Even on the day of the delivery, she coordinated with the panel of doctors and ensured that I was well taken care of at the hospital. In the labour room, she had her team of experienced doctors to assist her. She was so calm & gave me a smooth, normal delivery. I also experienced confusion during my hospital stay, repeated ******* examinations, and inconsistent communication from staff, which contributed further to a sense of being unsupported.
