The doctor was okay but the consultation felt very brief, about 2 minutes, and the charges seemed high for the time and ailment. He ******* suggested an operation for a small cyst on my hand and mentioned the operation would take about 15 minutes.

I cannot thank Dr. Hemal Bhagat enough for the outstanding care and expertise he provided during my recent medical emergency. After suffering a deep leg injury involving a tendon tear, I was fortunate to have Dr. Bhagat as my on-call surgeon at Criticare Asia Hospital.
From the very beginning, his calm demeanor and clear communication gave me immense confidence. He thoroughly explained the nature of my injury, the surgical procedure, and the post-operative care required. The surgery, which involved repairing the tendon and 28 stitches on the outside at the least ( not sure how many more on the inside ) was handled with utmost precision, and I’m recovering smoothly, thanks to his exceptional skill.
What truly stood out was Dr. Bhagat’s positivity and support beyond the surgery. I had a long-planned trip to Europe just 18 days after the incident, and despite the challenges, Dr. Bhagat was incredibly optimistic and encouraging. He not only provided detailed advice on how to manage my condition during the trip but also made himself available for assistance via WhatsApp and calls while I was abroad. His reassurance and guidance ensured I could enjoy my travels without compromising my recovery.
