I approached Gopika when I had a tibial stress injury on my right leg due to my long distance running sport. Something that is expected to heal within 2-3 weeks took me just a week to heal and return to my sport. Thanks to her advice and therapy I was able to recovery quickly, something that any athlete prays for :) She is my go-to physio for any sports-related injuries although I would totally recommend her for any non-sports related injuries as well!
