We booked an appointment with Dr. Gopal Patil at 19:30 hours on the day of our visit, but due to unexpected late arrival of our flight from Bangalore, we could not reach the hospital before 20:30 hours. Understanding our helpless situation, he received us with a kind smile, did the clinical diagnosis, explained us about the current status, started immediate treatment with some injections and prescribed the medicines which we have purchased in the hospital itself. He consoled like a parent when the injection was slightly painful. He even made sure whether we have a vehicle to go home as it was late at night. This kind of caring gives much more confidence than the actual medical treatment.
