Dr. Gaurav Shah

I am being treated by Dr Gaurav Shah for 2 to 4 years on Retina and recently on Cataract. I am absolutely satisfied and happy the way my eye problems are successfully treated by Dr. Gaurav Shah. His way of diagnosing the problem, identifying the options of treatment, suggesting the best suitable option and then successfully treating the problem impressed me.

He explained the problem in detail and that too quietly, nicely and friendly that helped me to face the problem fearlessly and that is what I feel is everybody expects from any Doctor. And these qualities are consistent not only before treatment but also post treatment.

Other support services at his clinic / hospital are also Best and therefore contributes to his success and my satisfaction. Cleanliness / Hygiene at the clinic / hospital is very best and consistent throughout. Services of the support staff are also best.

Though I am very conservative to give Five Star rating to any kind of services received by me so far, but I would not hesitate in awarding 5 Star rating Dr. Gaurav Shah and his Eye Life Hospital.

I called right before I went and they urgently booked me an appointment. It was not emergency. When I got there the Dr. was in operating room and I had to wait 1hr more. I was not happy about this but I can understand because they scheduled me very quickly.

The Receptionist was very kind and sweet. I asked for AC and she quickly apologized and put it on.

When Dr. came out of OR he took a few mins to get ready. I really felt that he gave me best consultation with patience and great explanation. Sadly I had same problem in USA and american Dr. told me everything was ok just use drops. But the problem never got better. Good thing I went to this Dr. He took pics and put it on computer screen for me to see inside eye what was small problem and had great plan to fix it. It's been a few weeks and I'm getting better. I'm eyes are bothering me less and less.

My visit with Dr. Gaurav shah was amazing, he was a very kind and polite fo doctor I have ever met, I will definetly tell my friends and relatives to visit him on any eye issues becoz his way of handling patients is excellent. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Thank u Eyelife Team.

Dr. Gaurav Shah is a young down to earth person having no airs about him. Puts his patients at ease before starting the check up and treatment, so are his staff. Found it worthwhile the time spent with him and his staff. Will surely recommend to my friend's and in family circles.

Dr Gaurav Shah dignosised that my wife is having cataract problem in both eyes and she had undergone Right and left eye cataract surgery with IOL by Dr Gaurav Shah

After surgery of cataract of both eyes, she is able to see very clearly.

She is feeling well after surgery of cataract.

Dr. Gaurav Shah is a really good doctor. Along with his due diligence for my eyes he also spoke with me about certain other concerns I had. Gave me his time as much as i needed, didn't rush at all.

His fees is a little high for me but he also considered and offered his treatment as per my affordability.
