I have known Dr. Falguni Shah's Radiance Skin Clinic since 2010 and have consulted her on a few occasions for my persistent acne issues and off late I have been going through a treatment for the past 3 months . I can say with utmost certainty that her treatment has benefitted me a lot. The treatment is exceptional .Dr. Falguni Shah is very compassionate and friendly to her patients and has a very soft approach in treating a certain skin condition. She never prescribes any medication or a skin treatment at her clinic just because its being administered on celebrities , or its in trend, given the current skin care rage on social media. She focuses on prescribing only what the skin actually needs and make you feel beautiful and confident from the inside, while fully tending to your skin concerns. At Radiance the focus is not on unnecessarily luring clients with the state of the art skin rejuvenation methods, but to treat the root cause of a certain skin problem. Calm and hygienic ambience and a very friendly staff.

Dr Falguni Shah’s skin clinic is a beautiful oasis where one feels calm and at-ease. Her staff and supporting doctor efficiently took all the required information and did the triage. They were even able to find my treatment record, made several years ago. Dr Falguni herself was most friendly and gives enough time to understand your problem. Her calm and engaging manner inspires confidence. The treatment offered after the consultation was done very hygienically and by a professionally trained person. Look forward to seeing her again, and I am sure my problem would be resolved soon.

My first visit and I am yet I begin the treatment so won't comment on that aspect.

Warm but doesn't indulge in too much chatter which is good. Straight to the point on issues I was facing and have very relevant advice on most counts - only one place she mentioned getting upper lip laser done without asking if I was okay with it.

She does an initial diagnosis and pushes the patients to the associate doctors to explain in detail.

One point of feedback for me - at no point did she ask me if I had questions which the associate doctor later asked but I would have appreciated it coming from her too.

Face time with her was under 15 minutes.

Doctor Falguni is young and has an effervescent personality. She explains the procedure in layman’s terms . The clinic maintains amazing protocol when it comes to sanitation and social distancing . Every employee and patient had masks on . Machinery in the clinic is very updated and hi tech hence very effective in minimum visits ( especially lasers ) \nVery friendly staff . I have had excellent results in the past for chronic , hormonal acne . She’s a pro at other skin procedures like fillers , peels , lasers . Since Dr. Falguni is a M.D. it feels safer to go to her since she is a seasoned practitioner. My skin had a glow and I have almost no upper lip hair growth post the laser . Also another big plus point is that she is punctual and is always around . The entire team at radiance exudes warmth with professionalism . The coffee - is another plus :-)

From getting my PCOS acne diagnosis right to helping me get right on track in terms of medication and treatments, Dr Falguni Shah's consultations have been truly amazing. Along with that, Dr Shah and Dr Mansi have also helped regain my confidence by ensuring that the treatment goes hand in hand with my attitude and sense of well-being. It's such a holistic approach to treatment and even though I do end up shelling out a bomb on treatments, it's totally worth the money. Every bit of it. I would definitely recommend Dr Shah's clinic to anybody who has mild to severe skin issues.

I've visited multiple dermatologists in different cities and I've finally found a clinic that genuinely works towards making you feel and look your best. The doctors have been extremely helpful and take personal interest which is very hard to find these days. The staff is extremely friendly and the whole experience was stress-free. A special mention for how approachable and patient the doctors are. They take the time to hear you out and properly explain treatment options, along with clearing all doubts (at any time).
