Hi This is Nehal Shah .This is to share my experience with Dr.Dhwani Shah for low back pain

The pain in my low back was unbearable. I immediately consulted my family doctor for medication and had done MRI scan which showed me that the disc has been dessicated and was traversing my S1 nerve root.

I had medication for 1 week but it did not cure me completely .I had to cope up with my hectic life schedule. I had to keep on travelling every now and then by driving or by train. It gave me lot of pain continuously due to which I had not been able to concentrate on my work.

One fine day my colleague told me to consult Dr.Dhwani Shah for further physiotherapy to keep my body moving as before and to make my muscles strong. I immediately consulted Dr.Dhwani and started exercises which were very easy to do. The pain really vanished from my body within a week with very simple and regular exercises suggested by Dr. Dhwani which was a miracle for me in my life.

She just gave me 4 to 5 very simple exercises which could be done easily in your entire working day. Some of them were Backarch , Leaning your body to the left which gave a second life to my body.

I have been continuing my physiotherapy for 1 month to pump up my muscles to prevent similar episodes in the future.

I would surely suggest Dr.Dhwani Shah for future consultation of physiotherapy and her treatment which is very simple and useful in your daily routine life.

Dr. Dhwani is an excellent doctor who takes the time to listen to her patients. I had right elbow pain for six months and other specialists misdiagnosed it as tennis elbow. Despite months of treatment, I saw no improvement. My colleague recommended Dr. Dhwani, and her sharp clinical diagnosis quickly identified the true issue was my shoulder.

I had developed back pain after a gym session. Dr. Dhwani did a great job understanding my problem. She perfectly explained to me how to go about with exercises to strengthen my back and core and to alleviate the pain. I had an important work coming up for which I had to physically exert. She gradually added more exercises and made sure I was fit to finish my work successfully. She was extremely caring throughout the treatment and kept checking on me to understand if I was doing well.

I’m perfectly alright now and I’m back to my routine, thanks to Dr. Dhwani’s treatment. You can say she’s an extremely sincere doctor who has a great passion for what she does.

Dr Dhwani is extremely helpfull and friendly. She had anaylized my acute pain issues after delivery of my baby and suggested few excercises which has really helped my getting back to normal life without pains.

Also Dr. Riddhi in her team is polite, patient and friendly. She is giving me physio sessions currently at my home as I have mentioned that I won't be able to travel to their clinic. I must say the sessions are really helping me a lot. She always try to built up my stamina daily.
