I had acne from last 2-3 years. but it got worse starting 2017. I had severe acne and acne scars. I used to get like really big pimples on my cheeks and forehead :( Due to this, I had low self-esteem and was experiencing social isolation. I just wanted to get back my natural skin. and I started searching for some good dermatologist online on practo and some other medical websites. and this is where I came to know about DR Deepa. I had my first appointment in Jan 2017. She explained me about acne and told me about the steps required to get the normal skin back. She also told me that I won't get rid of acne in a fortnight. As I had severe acne, Grade 3 to be precise, it will take months. and after the acne gets cleared, the acne scars would be treated. To this day, I have had like 6 appointments. and to be honest, my face is now free of pimples and big cystic acnes :) I still get few small pimples. but this is nothing compared to what my face was in Jan 2017 :) And I'm very happy. my next appointment now would be in June and she has suggested a few options like derma roller to treat my acne scars or small small holes which come up after a pimple heals. I'll be getting an even natural skin in a few months and I'm very excited for that day :) I want to thank DR Deepa from the bottom of my heart for helping me getting back my natural skin and my confidence. Dr. Deepa always listens to my issues very patiently. She explains her diagnosis very clearly and also the prescribed doses of medicines, even explaining why I need to take each of them and how to look after my daily physical hygiene . She gives me enough time and that is a novel experience for me. She even assures me that I can message or call her anytime to clear my doubts if any. Within the first few days itself of taking her prescribed treatment, I saw a marked improvement in my condition.
