Hi, I'm currently 14½ years old. I was fallen down when I was around 7 years while playing on stairs and my upper front right tooth chipped off almost half. At that time I visited to a different clinic and a different doctor, he gave me some medications and after some weeks or months the pain etc was all gone and the doctor said that we'll wait till I grow up, because I was too young then and we cannot perform anything on the tooth because it was obviously not grown and strong enough. So after a while I also eventually forgot and waited patiently and because there was no pain and anything i thought everything is going normal we will wait till I grow up. And then fast forwarding to mid 2024 when I was 13½ years old suddenly from few days my three front teeth(2 central incisors and 1 right-side lateral incisor) started to slowly-slowly become sensitive and eventually started to pain and then after a long time I again visited the same dentist which I had gone to when i was younger. I told him about everything, that this is all has starting and he gave me some medicines for a few days and told if still there's pain after medications, we'll have to do root canal treatment. And after medications, my central left incisor become normal, the pain had gone in that but there was still pain in the other two tooth, so they started root canal on it. It started by him saying it will take 2-3 weeks to fully complete the root canal and me and my parents agreed. In the starting, i was visiting him every day or every alternate day as said to change the temporary dressings inside the tooth and cleaning. It was going on and going on, the 2-3 weeks have been passed and there was no such confirmed statement from him about the condition of teeth and when will the procedure will end. I also trusted him thinking that the condition might be little severe so that it is taking time and eventually it became my routine to visit the clinic every 3 to 4 days a week. And it had gone like around 10-11 months of me going to his clinic every alternate days and still nor did me or him knew the actual condition of teeth or he was not willing to tell us, I don't know. And since too much time had passed, so we thaught that this is the high time to visit a new clinic and get a second opinion. And luckily I got to this clinic and after talking with doctor aditya, I got appointment of dr. Chandni for further treatment and from the first visit only I knew that there has been a lot more progress than the previous doctor in terms of cleaning of canals, healing of the tooth etc etc and everything. And only in around 2 months, my both the teeth are now fully healed and in just a few days they are gonna be filled permanently. And unlike every alternate visits to clinic, it took quite less appointments to fully complete the treatment. And now I am very happy that my so long and painful journey is about to come to an end.
