Dr. Bhavin Visariya

Dr Bhavin is a Radiation Oncologist at HCG ICS Khubchandani Cancer Centre. He is an expert in modern conformal radiation delivery techniques such as stereotactic radiation, IGRT, IMRT and other conformal radiation techniques.• He has vast experience in brachytherapy (internal radiation) such as image guided brachytherapy (IGBT) for gynaecological malignancies, brachytherapy for breast and oral cavity cancers.• He also has first-hand experience in processes involved with the commissioning of the new linear accelerator as well as the brachytherapy system from Varian Medical Systems.• He has a special interest in Hypo fractionated radiation in breast cancer, prostate cancer and spinal metastasis, motion managed radiation for breast and lung cancer, role of radiation as immunomodulator and immunotherapy.• He has authored many publications in peer-reviewed and indexed journals.• He is an invited faculty member of many national conferences.• He is a life member of reputed radiation oncology associations in India and outside, such as ASTRO & ESTRO.
