Dr. Bhavin is very professional and execllent at his job. He is very warm and patient by nature and answers all your doubts and questions. Personally I m somebody who has lot of queries on even simpler things in life. I had to get a tooth extraction done which was though done by another surgeon at the same clinic but I troubled Dr. Bhavin with so many questions on my visit to the clinic and over the phone. The entire staff at the clinic is very plolite and friendly. They proactively call you for the follow up. A big thumps up

I have been Visiting Dr. Bhavin for the last few years for all my Dental issues. I had to re do all my teeth the patience and perfection with which he did was exceptional. He also explained to me at each point of time why and what he is doing.

Covid times the clinic is maintained well with all necessary precautions from Doctors end as well as patients end requirements. One can move in without any fear of infection. One is tested for oxygen and temp too prior to going for treatment.

I did my treatment for teeth straightening at American Dental Practice. I was very hesitant as I was going for the treatment pretty late as compared to the norm. Dr Bhavin answered all my queries patiently and due to his guidance I was convinced and started my treatment. I have been visiting the clinic for 3 yrs. He was always very patient and friendly. I am glad that I went ahead with the treatment and I am very happy with the end result. I strongly recommend Dr Bhavin and American dental practices.

Terrible Communication *** ******************* What can you do if the Doctor and the billing desk are hand in hand in confusing the patients with treatment charges? Billing desk (Ms. Payal) at American dental won't even get back to you if you question it. I had a root canal where crown fitting session was horrible. If you value your money and your time - Don't book a slot with Dr. Bhavin Shah. When Ms. Payal at front desk or doctor explains about charges, keep a notebook nearby and record the conversation. It took no time to go back on what was told and what was charged for the complete treatment.
