Dr Batul has helped me with my complete skin transformation.. She thoroughly analyzed my skin history & tendencies and based on that, slated a clear plan to treat my acne scars plus facial hair removal. The clinic is well equipped with latest technology machines and the staff is very polite and attentive.

Dr. Batul is a wonderful doctor who I chanced upon to meet through Practo. It’s not just diagnosis and medication but she makes an effort to explain the cause of the problem, what would the medicine result into and more importantly keeps a tab on any potential effects. I have had a great experience with excellent results for my skin, an issue I had been struggling for long. I have no acne now and have gotten rid of most of myacne scars. More importantly, i have a glowing skin now :-), thanks to Dr. Batul.

The overall experience was amazing. The doctor analysed my skin , listed the issues and made a complete chart with the list of products to be used to the treatments required for the skin issues I have. She ** ***** ************* *** explained everything in detail. I started with a treatment - Hollywood laser peel on the very same day and the doctor made sure i was comfortable at all points of time. Its too early to judge the results but i am satisfied with the overall service and would highly recommend her.

**** **** *** **** **** *** *********. It’s not worth spending so much wherein the staff doesn’t even know to speak as well. It’s costing is too much for the facial n all. Won’t recommend such doctor.

My first visit was on 4th May, 2019. The appointment was for 10.30 AM but unfortunately Docter turned up by 12 AM.

The microblading treatment tok around 2 hours and was done properly. But the result didnot last over 2 weeks. I immediately highlighted to the receptionsit and she booked a tocuh up treatment after a month which was part of the initial 10K as a cost for the treatment.

I could never make it for the docters availability with me being resident of Pune. Ultimately I couldnt get the tocuhup treatment and was asked again for the 10K cost as a fresh treatment.

The treatment,cost and experience was not at all worthy.

I have suffered from chronic skin infections, boils, acne, etc. almost all my adult life. And I have been popping my acne / scratching them for as long as I can remember, leaving innumerable marks all over my face and body. I tried treatments at various places through the years but was never able to follow through due to the sheer amount of creams and medicines that the doctors prescribed. Visited Dr. Batul Patel as one of the last ditch efforts and I am glad I did. Not only her prescriptions were minimal, *** **** **************** She started my treatment **** **** *** ***** ******** ** ********* *** ****** *** ********* *********** She took stock of my progress im ever visit and was always willing to tweak the treatment based on my feedback. Not only this, she expresses genuine happiness at her patients’ progress. She has impeccable bedside etiquette and makes sure that the patient feels absolutely comfortable (considering that I have several skin issues on my torso as well, she made sure that I was absolutely at ease before starting the treatment). In the past six months that I have been taking the treatment, my skin has undergone a complete transformation. I highly recommend her for any acne / skin infection / hyperpigmentation / scar related issues. And oh, she has wonderful, well-trained aestheticians working for her as well.

Every visit to the Bombay skin clinic means at least a half an hour wait, even if you have an appointment. The last 2 times I've been there, the first time I was 10 minutes late and was made to wait for 1 hour, and the second time I had to wait for 45 mins for my turn.

Apart from that, the actual treatment/procedure is not explained very well, considering the amount of money we're spending on it. For eg: I had never got a laser facial done before, and I don't know if it worked or not because I've only done it once, but I was not really explained how it would be done, which is why I was taken by surprise by the procedure. Anyone who's had some kind of laser treatment will know that it can be a tad painful, and knowing that in advance would have helped me be prepared for it.

The treatment itself, seems to be working as of now. It's been a little over a month that I've been using the recommended products, and I can see a visible difference in my skin. (I went here for an allergic reaction on my face resulting in small bumps all over it, along with pigmentation.)

My first visit to Dr. Batul was quite satisfying. She seems very good with her diagnosis. She has designed a treatment plan for the fungal infection in my toe nails and for the general health of my skin and hair. She is extremely patient in explaining her approach towards resolving the issues faced. I also found her very approachable and patient when I had to contact her to confirm whether the creams and shampoo that she had prescribed are the same ones that my chemist had. I am very impressed by her professionalism, as well as the fact that she is highly approachable and patient.

The best doctor I ever consulted. Hands down! Will treat you keeping everything into perspective. Even makes sure that the treatment is not very expensive for you without compromising on the effectiveness. A rare quality in doctors in this day and age. If there are multiple issues to deal with you should consult her for her methodical approach. Even if you state about treatments done by your previous doctors that didn't work. She will explain why it didn't and state something positive about your previous doctor. Another thing which quite sadly is rare in doctors. Would never over commit and keep your expectations realistic. I have consulted quite a few doctors and found Dr. Patel to be a thorough professional and very high on ethics. I don't think you can get a better dermatologist.

It was like the doctor was playing parlour game as she was busy attending several patients at one time instead of the given appointment.it took 4 hours for the treatment instead of 40 minutes.nobody was bothered for the patients time as well as the well being of the patient.
