I started my treatment under Dr Ashutosh Shetty since 2014. I do see a relative difference in my control over epileptic seizures under his treatment. He has been very patient with my health issues by constantly motivating me to be relaxed. I would strongly recommend Dr Ashutosh Shetty.

My feedback:- I'm the mother of Ms. Kajal J. Dalvi, she was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy. Dr. Was very kind and helpful. He explained us about her treatment properly. I not was not satisfied with the receptionist Mrs. Yogita. She was very rude in talking. When patients are coming to the hospital, they should speak very softly. I was very upset on that day.

I have facial neulargia. I was recommended to this doc by my primary care doc. I came from New York in a hope that doctors in India are good. He prescribed a med that I had already tried and knew will cause pain but the dr insisted so in good faith I tried it. ***** ****** *** * **** *** **** ********** I went back to him he didn’t have any suggestions and doubled the dose of other medication that I was taking . On top of that he added a fear factor saying beware of wind. Making me more scared and troubled. ** *** ***** **** **** ** ***** ***** *** ******** *********

He prescribed two medicines for my mother. ***** * **** ** ****** *** * *** ******** ** ***** ********* *** ******* ******* ************** *** ****** ***** *** **** **** ** ****** After telling him, he simply told us to stop one of the medications. What about informing patients before hand about side effects? **** ***** *** ********** **** *** **** ****** ******* ** *** *********** He did not even bother to address any of these issues.

The staff at this clinic needs a huge improvement. They ask to call exactly 2 days before for the appointment preferably at 10 AM. But no one picks up the call till 11 AM. After 11AM, they seem to be doing a big favor by receiving our call, and then inform that the appointments are full. Why keep the 2 days rules in the first place? And if the appointments are full, why can't they just tell it? This has happened couple of times. Advice to stay away from such clinics where they take patients for granted and do not value their time.
