My feedback:- I'm the mother of Ms. Kajal J. Dalvi, she was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy. Dr. Was very kind and helpful. He explained us about her treatment properly. I not was not satisfied with the receptionist Mrs. Yogita. She was very rude in talking. When patients are coming to the hospital, they should speak very softly. I was very upset on that day.

I have facial neulargia. I was recommended to this doc by my primary care doc. I came from New York in a hope that doctors in India are good. He prescribed a med that I had already tried and knew will cause pain but the dr insisted so in good faith I tried it. ***** ****** *** * **** *** **** ********** I went back to him he didn’t have any suggestions and doubled the dose of other medication that I was taking . On top of that he added a fear factor saying beware of wind. Making me more scared and troubled. ** *** ***** **** **** ** ***** ***** *** ******** *********

He prescribed two medicines for my mother. ***** * **** ** ****** *** * *** ******** ** ***** ********* *** ******* ******* ************** *** ****** ***** *** **** **** ** ****** After telling him, he simply told us to stop one of the medications. What about informing patients before hand about side effects? **** ***** *** ********** **** *** **** ****** ******* ** *** *********** He did not even bother to address any of these issues.
