We visited Dr Ashish Agrawal in Indigo Hospital for my father - aged 75 years, who was having a severe aortic condition. He was a long-time diabetes patient as well. He was sick for couple of years and became very weak due to these conditions. He was admitted in ICUs and on Oxygen support several times. We reached Dr Ashish in such a critical condition after multiple iterations.
Dr Ashish assessed the situation thoroughly and gave us full insights of what the issue is and what options we have. We opted for the heart valve replacement procedure, which was very new to us, and also very risky for his situation (less risky than the open-heart surgery though).
Dr. gave us clear transparency of cost involved and success factor, which helped us make informed decision.
Finally, the day of surgery arrived! *** ******** ******* *** **** **** ********* **** ** *** ** **** ***** ** * ******* ******.
The surgery wasn't a smooth ride; however, we were prepared for the variations that could happen as Dr had prepared us for with what all can come in the way. After few hours of surgery, Dr Ashish came out with a ***** joy and happiness, which gave us much comfort.
He then took us through the video footage of the full procedure and how the object is installed within. We really liked this.
After shifting to ICU, another problem occurred with the kidney functioning. Again, he went through it step by step, and finally the issue was resolved.
After around 6 weeks in hospital, we returned home. It took another 3-4 months for gaining strength especially due to his age. Today, after 6 months, dad is fully recovered of his severe breathing issues, even diabetes is well under control.
As a family, we want to express our immense gratitude to Dr. Ashish and the entire Indigo crew. Appreciate his dedication and craftsmanship.
Special thanks to the ICU attendants who were quick to provide status update and details as we needed on a regular basis.
The Hospital facility too, is very well maintained. With its right sizing - not too big, not too small, it was comfortable to navigate the various departments in such a crucial time. Located on LBS Marg is a bonus!
So glad and proud to have Dr Ashish and the Indigo Team to provide world class medical support right in the heart of Mumbai!!
May God continue to shower His blessings and healings through the Doctor and hospital for the sick and needy. Praise the Lord for all His mercies!

My experience with Dr Ashish was excellent. He explained all my concerns to my satisfaction. He was very sincere with his observations and advise. He never frightened me by exaggerating my illness issues (which I had experienced earlier).
Thanks to Dr Ashish. I would definitely visit you for any further treatment and also recommend others.
Infact all his staff members were very customer centric and helpful.
However one humble request, is to consider some concession when a patient approaches directly, without reference from any other Doctor, whom he has to pay some incentive.

The doctor is straight forward and checks medical history and provides medicines as required.
I had went with my MIL for her chest pain issue . She was suggested tests which were carried out in Indigo hospital itself. The facility is good. She is feeling fine after taking medicines and all.
But,she had history of low sodium level and she was hospitalised for same reason before.
The sodium check report was yet to come and we were assured that it would be shared on whatsapp .
We anyways had appointment a day after with another specialist in same hospital and we thought if sodium Level issue is there then we will get it on WhatsApp and we can take a call to visit our old doctor if required in between before the appointment.
But we were told to collect report from the hospital itself and Indigo hospital didn't shared report on WhatsApp.
I found it to be weired because now we cannot do anything till we actually receive the report.
