I had been suffering from the back ache since about 3 years. Visited so many doctor, I was quite tired of keeping track of meds I had been taking for that long. It was taking a huge toll on my mental health. That’s when someone who had earlier taken a treatment from her recommended to see her. And honestly I had to visit her once thrice since then. And the back again completely disappeared! I highly appreciate and recommend her and her team.

Dr. Asha has been my most trusted physiotherapist since 4 years now . I first visited her for my Slip disc, which was severe. Doctors patience and encouragement and of course the treatment got me through the phase without having to undergo an operation. I recently visited her again for a neck problem and have been very happy as well. She teaches the patient to be self dependant for excersizes and take care by oneself rather than be dependant on an external force.

The experience was Awesome. the pain which did not go away with heavy meditation of 1 month even after having 20 tablets a day its just went away in one visit with Dr. Asha Menon. Infact she analysed what was the actual cause of the Pain and taught me the exercises which helped not only to reduce the pain but how to avoid it to come back again.
